Our Guarantee
*All payment terms, including with respect to the "Fraud Fighter Guarantee," are subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in written agreements entered into between Telaria and its DSP partners. Certain agreements with DSPs contain minimum thresholds for guarantee. Please consult with your DSP for the specific terms of the guarantee.
Telaria's dedicated quality assurance team pre-approves all platform supply through a process that evaluates against comprehensive guidelines.
Another human vetting process ensures each supply site is made for users to consume content (not simply a landing page for ads), and ensures the content is brand-safe and meets Telaria's premium standards.
Telaria works with MRC accredited, third-party verification partners to meet or exceed safety standards for all inventory.

Fighting Fraud has Always Been in Our Blood
As a founding member of the IAB Tech Lab, Telaria was integral in developing the Ads.txt initiative. Part of a broader effort to eliminate the ability to profit from counterfeit inventory in the open digital advertising ecosystem, Ads.txt provides a mechanism to enable content owners to declare who is authorized to sell their inventory.
This initiative aims to increase transparency and reduce fraud by providing publishers with an easy way to list which companies are allowed to sell their inventory.
Telaria has made it as easy as possible to support Ads.txt for our supply partners. We have implemented a turn-key way to obtain the needed information to add the Telaria platform to their Ads.txt file, and all inventory (when applicable) is required to have Ads.txt permissions.
The announcement of this program exemplifies the security in working with Telaria and underscores its position of partnering with those equally committed to a fraud-free ecosystem. To that end, Telaria has agreements in place to identify and fight fraud with The Trade Desk, DataXu, Amobee, and Adobe.

Vet Suppliers
Telaria's dedicated inventory quality assurance team pre-approves all platform supply in accordance with its comprehensive guidelines, which includes, without limitation, the following operational requirements:
  • 400+ player sizes or larger (full-screen for in-app)

  • Ads.txt pages

  • Use by Telaria of Mustat

  • Low percentage of referral traffic via Similarweb.com

  • Content that is regularly updated

  • No stacked ads

  • 1 video player per page

  • Video player must be clearly visible, easy to locate and in-view

  • Video content follows the ad (exceptions may apply)

  • Supply partners work with a 3rd party verification partner (MRC accredited)

  • No site redirecting

  • No monetarily incentivized traffic


Validate Content
Our Content QA Team ensures each supply site is made for users to consume content and is not simply a landing page for ads. The team also ensures the content is brand-safe and meets Telaria's premium standards. We require sites to be regularly and consistently updated and that users are interacting with the content via monitoring comments, shares, social interaction, etc.

Furthermore, we take "fake news" very seriously and perform due diligence on news sites (in partnership with Pixalate) to ensure they are reputable sources with credible stories.



Verify Inventory
Telaria works with industry-leading, independent third-party verification partners to meet or exceed safety standards for all MRC-accredited inventory.

Our Content QA Team can quickly identify high risk domains and domains that hold little user value. Further, Telaria has agreements in place to identify and fight fraud with The Trade Desk, DataXu, Amobee, Google, and Adobe, as well as many others in progress.
